KFC is a leading restaurant chain in the domestic Serbian market. Through our long term partnership we delivered a complete online brand package – from their first website with integrated online delivery, through to social media presence and mobile applications.
Since the launch of the brand as a new player in 2009 to to the present day, with our expertise, KFC Serbia has become a market leader in an increasingly competitive segment. Starting with a successful website launch, we went on to roll out a complete online delivery service with a smartphone app for the Belgrade and Novi Sad restaurants.
We worked with KFC Serbia to define a full-spectrum social marketing campaign designed to establish brand recognition and a strong online presence in a new market. Awareness was driven through a combination of traditional channels such as PPC advertising and coupons as well as organic activity based around Facebook apps and TweetUps. Today, KFC in Serbia has a growing base of more than 110,000 fans, followers, and re-tweeters.
Our continued marketing effort attracted a significant following online across various social media platforms. We capitalised on this to drive growth and market share for KFC Serbia, both in web traffic and footfall in the restaurants.
